OASIS LOS PINOS II

RESIDENCIAL LOS PINOS, whose location and topography are ideal for the construction of single-family homes, with magnificent views to the east, where you can contemplate the Bay of Almería and Cabo de Gata, and to the Northwest, the mountains of Sierra Alhamilla, and the Andarax Valley.

In the first phase, around 350 homes, commercial premises and garages were built. All the developments carried out are sold and the established commercial environment is operating at full capacity.

In the year 2000, the Partial Plan for the second phase, called Sector SR-1, was approved by the Huércal de Almería Town Council, and designated for the construction of 641 homes, commercial premises and garages, with their corresponding public amenity spaces, such as a sports court, landscaped areas with a children’s playground, school, social center, etc.

Sector SR-1 is fully urbanized and partially built, with 19 single-family homes currently under construction, and it is expected that the first phase will be fully completed by the end of 2020, the second phase by the end of 2021 and the third and final phase by 2022.

More than 1,000 clients, satisfied with their home, the environment and the conditions that the “RESIDENCIAL LOS PINOS” Development offers them as a residential area, and strategically located 500 m from one of the access points to the Almería Ring Road.
