If you are an administrator of a real estate agency and you want your agents to be able to access miracasa to manage their ads individually, here we will explain how to do it.
1 – Access your account using the credentials we have provided.
If you don’t remember your password, you can request a reset to your mailbox.
We will send you a reset message with a link so you can create a new password.
AGENCY BACK-END
2 – Once inside your Agency administrator profile, click on the Agents option in the left menu to access the list of Agents of your company.
In the case of this example, the list is empty. Let’s create a new Agent profile.
3 – Click on any of the three links in the image.
4 – Once in the agent creation form you can start filling in the fields with the necessary data.
- Username: This can be the name of the agent, but without accents or spaces.
- Email: The agent’s working mailbox.
- Name: The name of the agent.
- Last name: can be both surnames.
- Category: a drop-down will open, select your position.
- City: the city or cities in which the agent has his properties.
- Password: Create an access password for your agent. ATTENTION: WE STRONGLY ASK YOU TO CREATE STRONG PASSWORDS. This password must not be less than ten digits and must include uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols. Insecure passwords will be rejected.
If you want, select the box “Send the new user an email about their account” so that the agent receives an access link in their email box. If not, you will have to facilitate access to your agent in some other way.
Now, in the Agents section of your Back-End, a new record appears for the created agent. You can perform several actions on the profile, by pressing the button on the right wing of the row.
From this moment the agent can access your profile and make the modifications you need.
AGENT BACK-END
If you want, we recommend you, upload a photograph. The format can be JPG or PNG and the minimum dimensions of 300 x 300 px. Square image.
You can enter your profiles on social networks. You can also change the password. ATTENTION: WE EXPRESSLY ASK YOU TO CREATE STRONG PASSWORDS. This password must not be less than ten digits and must include uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols. Insecure passwords will be rejected. Look at the example in the picture
When the profile is complete, remember to save your changes by clicking the Update Profile button.
